Hello, and welcome! I’m Silvia Mora, the founder of MoraCreations, a dedicated space for well-being through creative expression.
From Support Work to Holistic Practice
My journey to Holistic Art Therapy is rooted in my long-standing commitment to supporting others. I spent many years working as a Senior Support Worker, a role supported by my NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. This qualification provided me with formal training and extensive practical experience supporting people dealing with complex needs, including mental health conditions, dementia, and learning disabilities.
Throughout my career in care, creativity was never far from my work. I naturally integrated art—painting, crafting, and creating—into my care plans. Seeing the profound, positive impact that creativity had on my clients' emotional well-being was the initial spark. This experience inspired me to formalise my practice by completing my Holistic Art Therapy Practitioner Course.
My Approach
At MoraCreations, I combine this rich, certified experience with the healing power of creative practice. My sessions are exclusively offered online to ensure that compassionate, specialized support is accessible to you, no matter where you are located.
My sessions are designed not just to make art, but to help you express yourself, find calm, and explore personal growth—all within a non-judgmental and supportive virtual space. My core belief is that everyone holds inherent creativity, and by gently unlocking it, we can achieve greater emotional awareness and inner peace.
