We want your start to be seamless and stress-free. Here is what to expect after you submit a booking request:

Step 1: Confirmation & Welcome

• You Receive an Email: I will confirm your booking within 24 hours.

• Essential Forms: This email includes a link to your Client Agreement and a brief Intake Form. Please complete these before our first meeting and sent it back to me asap, please.

• Payment: If booking a paid session, the invoice and secure bank transfer details will be included.

Step 2: Prepare Your Virtual Space

• Secure Link: You will receive your dedicated, secure video link (through Zoom).

• Simple Materials: I will provide a short list of basic materials (paper, colours, etc.) you'll need—no expensive supplies required.

• Mandatory Presence: If the session is for a child or a person with learning disabilities, please ensure a carer or support worker is present throughout the session.

Step 3: Session Time

• Click your meeting link 1–2 minutes early. We will start with a brief review of confidentiality and then begin your dedicated creative exploration!
